As MB Architecs, we start each project with the client’s wishes and on-site observations of exemplary buildings, if any. This stage is of critical importance in understanding the physical environment in which the project will take place and determining the employer’s priorities. At this point, we come together with our expert consultants and carefully review the needs analysis by determining the essentials of the project.

We are moving to the preliminary design phase to create the first architectural basis of the project. This is the stage where we determine the basic lines of the project. Each project is subjected to a detailed analysis in order to fully understand the employer’s needs and wishes and adapt them to the project. This stage ensures that projects are handled with different thoughts and concepts in their own context, so that each project becomes an original work.
